We have just come back from Doha. Our visit to the Ajyal Youth Film Festival deserves several posts, it has been an intense and surprising experience. The journey couldn’t be better: we have won the Ajyal award to the best feature film. We competed with wonderful films from around the world. All of them, except ours, were fiction. We are specially excited to see that the jury has decided to choose a documentary film. It shows the commitment of the festival for cinema of reality, for cinema that opens windows to the world.
